| Welcome
to Ninpiden Dojo's distance learning course!
Here at the Ninpiden
Dojo, Kyoshi Weekley has
developed this program in response to the many requests he
has heard over the years from people who are interested
in the Ninpiden Dojo's Training program, but who are just not
able to make it to the Ninpiden Dojo's physical locations
in Colorado. Kyoshi
Weekley and
the other instructors feel very strongly
that the challenges of location and schedule should not limit
those who wish to train in the wonderful arts of Ninjutsu,
Jujutsu and Sword.
The Ninpiden Dojo's
Program One Fundamental video series will introduce you
to the exciting
arts of Ninjutsu and Jujutsu.
As you progress through the
program from white belt to black belt, you will learn a wide
variety of techniques including: self defense techniques, body
movement exercises and acrobatic maneuvers.

Completing
program one gives you a great martial arts foundation, and
prepares you to move into Program Two, where you can attain
your Shodan
(1st Degree) Black Belt and Beyond
How does it work?
The student begins
by downloading a training video. As a student finishes each
lesson, and feels confident in their
skill level with the techniques, they will videotape their
progress and send a tape or DVD, along with the required testing
fee to one of the Ninpiden Dojo locations. The tapes will
be reviewed
by
either
Kyoshi
Weekley
or
one of the qualified Black Belt Instructors
for correctness of technique and skill
level. If the student has mastered the
required techniques, they will be passed to the next level.
Fees: Tuition for
the video training course is $20.00 per belt level. Testing
fees will be 25.00 per belt level up to black belt. Black
belt
testing
fees will be 150.00. You are required to be present at the
dojo to test for your black belt.
Uniforms: Uniforms
are not required for our distance learning students, but
if you would like to purchase one they are available. Belts
and certificates are available as well for a fee, upon request.
